By creating an account or using the VenturePath platform at https://pathfinder.ravricsolutions.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RavRic Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VenturePath. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Service.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
VenturePath is an AI-powered course recommendation platform. VenturePath identifies and directs members to income-generating courses offered by third-party providers. VenturePath does not host or produce third-party courses. The Service includes:
VenturePath does not guarantee any specific income or financial outcome from using the platform or enrolling in recommended courses.
Access to your personalized course recommendations, members-only blog, and entrepreneur guidance content requires an active paid membership subscription at $10.00 per month (the "Membership"). You may browse the platform without a Membership, but Membership features will not be accessible.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date you subscribe. Billing is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Receipts are provided by email for each billing cycle. Receipts display only the last 4 digits of your payment card. We never store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date — these are handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
You may cancel your Membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period except as described in the Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify Membership pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Membership fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We collect and remit sales tax automatically where required by law. Your receipt will itemize any tax collected.

VenturePath identifies and recommends courses offered by independent third-party providers. We do not produce, host, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of any third-party course content. Clicking a course recommendation will take you to the third-party provider's platform, and your use of that platform is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policy.
VenturePath is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or content of third-party courses. Disputes about a purchased course must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.
All content on VenturePath — including the platform design, AI models, recommendation algorithms, written content, blog posts, graphics, and newsletter content — is owned by or licensed to RavRic Solutions LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. Third-party course content remains the property of its respective owners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during the term of your Membership. This license does not include the right to resell, redistribute, copy, or create derivative works from any Service content.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of behavioral data and its use in aggregated, anonymized data products.
You may opt out of behavioral data collection through the cookie preferences tool at any time without affecting your ability to use the Service.
Access to our external API is available only to users who have been specifically granted API access by an administrator. If granted, you may generate an API key from your account settings. API access is subject to rate limits established by your account tier.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. You may not share or transfer API access. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for misuse or Terms violations.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, (b) course recommendations will result in any particular income or outcome, or (c) any third-party course content will meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVRIC SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RavRic Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any claims will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your Membership will not be refunded for the current billing period (except where required by law), and you will lose access to all Membership features.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion requests are subject to our data retention policy as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
