Done for you

Business Formation Concierge

We search the name, file your company with the state, get your tax ID, and set up your domain — so the thing that stops most people from starting is done and done properly. One state, one fixed price.

$750for members

$1,000 without a membership. One state, one-time fee — not a subscription.

You are not charged when you request it

You tell us the state, the entity type and your name choices. We check whether it is deliverable — some states cannot be searched automatically, and some names are already taken — and send you a fixed quote. You pay only if you accept it. If we cannot do it, we say so and you pay nothing.

What's included

  • ✓Name availability searches — state register, federal trademark, and domains
  • ✓Entity formation filed with the Secretary of State in ONE state
  • ✓Preparation and filing of your Articles of Organization or Incorporation
  • ✓EIN application with the IRS
  • ✓Domain registration and DNS set up and managed for you
  • ✓Audit-ready setup guidance: record-keeping, separation of funds, and what to retain from day one
  • ✓Registered agent service for your first year

What this does NOT include

These are the costs and limits people meet for the first time on a bill if nobody names them up front. So here they are up front.

State filing fee

Paid directly to the state — varies by state and entity type. This is the state's charge, not ours, and it is payable whoever files.

Domain renewal

$100 per year after the first year. This covers the registration plus managed DNS, renewal monitoring, and support. You can move the domain to your own account at any time and we will help you do it at no charge.

Additional states

$500 each. Every extra state is a separate filing, a separate registered agent and a separate annual report, every year — not a longer version of the same work.

Legal and tax advice

We prepare and file the documents you direct. We do not choose your entity type for you and we do not give legal or tax advice — use a licensed professional for that.

What we are responsible for

  • ✓Searching the state register, federal trademarks and domains, and telling you plainly what we found and what we could not check.
  • ✓Preparing your formation documents accurately from the details you give us, and filing them with the state you chose.
  • ✓Filing your EIN application with the IRS.
  • ✓Registering the domain you approve and configuring its DNS.
  • ✓Telling you promptly if the state rejects a filing, and re-filing at no extra service charge when the rejection was our error.
  • ✓Keeping your information confidential and not selling it.

What you are responsible for

"Done for you" is the phrase that makes people assume we carry risks we do not. Learning the boundary from a dispute is the worst way to learn it — for you and for us.

  • ✕The accuracy of what you give us — names, addresses, ownership, and your TIN. We file what you direct; we cannot verify that it is true.
  • ✕Choosing your entity type and your state. We will explain the trade-offs and the costs, but the decision is yours and it has tax consequences.
  • ✕Paying state filing fees, the annual report in every state you register in, and the domain renewal from year two.
  • ✕Checking that your chosen name does not infringe someone's trademark. A search is not a clearance opinion — only a trademark attorney can give you that.
  • ✕Everything the business does after it exists: contracts, licences, employees, tax filings, insurance.
  • ✕Keeping your own copies of every document we file for you.

Liability

RavRic Solutions LLC is liable for

  • ✓Re-filing at our cost, and refunding our service fee, if a filing fails because we made a mistake in preparing or submitting it.
  • ✓Restoring DNS service we configured if we break it.

We are not liable for

  • ✕State filing fees already paid to a government — those are not refundable to us either, whatever the outcome.
  • ✕A state rejecting a name, or an examiner deciding your name is not distinguishable. That judgement belongs to the state.
  • ✕Trademark infringement claims arising from the name you chose.
  • ✕Lost profits, lost customers, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the order in question.
  • ✕Tax outcomes of the entity type you selected.
  • ✕Delays caused by the state, the IRS, or a domain registry.

These are the service terms for this package, not legal advice, and they do not change your statutory rights. If any of it matters to your situation, have a lawyer read it before you order.

Your domain and DNS

If you ask us to handle the domain, we register it and run its DNS for you — but the domain is yours, not ours.

  • •The domain is registered with YOU as the registrant and owner. We are listed as the technical contact so we can manage it.
  • •We point the domain at our managed DNS and configure the records you need: web, email (including SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail is not treated as spam), and anything your site or store requires.
  • •We monitor renewal and renew it for you while your domain plan is active, so it cannot lapse because a reminder went to an old inbox.
  • •You can ask for a change to any record at any time, and we will make it.
  • •You can take the domain to your own registrar whenever you want. We will unlock it, hand you the authorisation code and the full record set, and help you move it — at no charge. We do not hold a domain hostage to keep a customer.
  • •If you stop paying the domain plan, we hand it back rather than letting it expire — but from that point renewing it on time is yours to do.
  • •If you already own the domain and want to keep your own DNS, that is fine: we will tell you exactly which records to add.

The domain is yours

We reserve it for you at cost — you pay what the registrar charges, with nothing added. We hold it in our registrar account so the DNS is configured and working on day one, and we transfer it to your own registrar whenever you ask. There is no fee to transfer it out and no notice period. It is your domain; we are holding it, not keeping it.

Managing your website and other web assets on an ongoing basis is a separate service at additional cost — tell us what you need and we will quote it. It is not part of this package, and nothing here depends on buying it.

Optional domain management is $100 per year after the first year if you would rather we kept running it. Additional states are $500 each — every extra state is a separate filing, registered agent and annual report, every year.

Some costs are passed straight through and billed separately as they arise: Secretary of State filing fees (these vary by state and by filing), a virtual mailbox if you need a business address, and the domain itself. You will see each one itemised, at cost, before it is charged.

RavRic Solutions LLC prepares and files the documents you direct. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal or tax advice. VenturePath is a product of RavRic Solutions LLC.
